We Understand Canutillo's Unique Challenges
Canutillo is an unincorporated Upper Valley community known for agricultural heritage — pecan orchards, horse properties, and ranch-style homes with expansive roof footprints. Many properties date back decades with outdated roofing systems that were never designed for modern weather events.
The challenge: cottonwood and pecan trees are everywhere, creating constant debris. Rio Grande proximity brings higher humidity that accelerates algae growth. Larger roofs collect more debris and experience longer UV exposure. Community members are tight-knit and ask neighbors for recommendations. We've earned theirs.
